What is the best XLG harness for my dog?

I have a five months old Amstaff / Great Dane mix. He has been 55pds and must eventually weighing at least 100pds. He's great on a leash and take well to training, but if we have other people or dogs, he went to approach them. Just want to play as puppies do. I use a Nylon harness with him, but I think he's outgrowing it.
